What is proposed?

Public Notice Licensing Act 2003: Grant of a Premises Licence

APPLICANT: PREMIER NE LTD PREMISES: PREMIER STORE (former Newcastle House pub), 102 INGRAM ROAD, MIDDLESBROUGH, TS3 7BQ NOTICE is given that an application has been made for a new premises licence to trade as a convenience store with off sales of alcohol and opening hours 07:00 to 21:30 Every day in accordance with a submitted plan. An operating schedule and conditions accompany the application.

The licensing register of Middlesbrough Council is kept at: Middlesbrough Council, Licensing Office, Middlesbrough House, 50 Corporation Road, Middlesbrough TS1 2RH. A record of the application may be inspected by appointment. To make an appointment please email licensing@middlesbrough. gov.uk Representations regarding the application must be made in writing to the Council or by emailing licensing@middlesbrough.gov.uk no later than 23rd August 2024.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
