PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A
PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF
THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to
Havant Borough Council for a premises licence under the
above Act on the 18th July 2024. Applicant: 7171 Retail
Limited. Address of premises: Convenience Store, 158a
Stakes Hill Road, Waterlooville PO7 7BS. Proposed
licensable activities: The supply of alcohol for consumption
off the premises. Proposed days and hours of opening &
licensable activity: Mon to Sat. Sunday opening hours
06:00-21:00, 07:00-21:00 Alcohol sales 06:00-21:00,
07:00-21:00.
