NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE FOR A SEXUAL ENTERTAINMENT VENUE

Notice is hereby given that we, South Yorkshire Holdings LTD applied 22nd July 2024 to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, in respect of the premises known as: WILDCATS of 5-7 Wellington Street, Theatre Royal, S70 1SS. Under the Local Government (miscellaneous provisions) Act 1982, for the renewal of a sex establishment licence for: A sexual entertainment Venue/Sex Shop for the intended days and opening hours of: Monday - Friday 16:30 - 06:00am Saturday 10:00am - 06:00am Sunday 08:00 - 06:00am.

Anyone wishing to make OBJECTIONS to this application must do so in writing to licencing@barnsley.gov.uk no later than 28 days after the date of the application, stating the grounds for objection. Last representations must be by 19th August 2024.
