What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited has applied to Liverpool City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Bar Ca Va, 4a Wood Street, Liverpool, L1 4AQ.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are :
Sale of alcohol (on & off premises) and regulated entertainment (indoors) in the form films, indoor sporting events, live music & recorded music Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 04:00; late night refreshment (indoors) Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 04:00, Opening hours Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 04:30.
Additional non-standard timings for an additional hour to the terminal hour on the day British Summertime commences and on New Year’s Eve extended to the start of permitted hours the following day. See application & plans submitted to council for full details.

Representations must be received no later than the 14 August 2024.
