Licensing Act 2003, Notice of Application For a Premises Licence Under Section 17

Notice is hereby given that on 10 July 2024 that Elmesthorpe Brewery Co Ltd applied to Stoke on Trent City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Premises The Crafty Lion, 123-127 Church Street, Stoke on Trent, ST4 1DB.

The proposed licensable activities are:

Plays, Films, Indoor Sporting Events, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, Anything Similar: every day 11:00 - 00:00 hrs

Late Night Refreshment every date 23:00 - 05:00

Opening Hours every day 11:00 - 00:30

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by: Stoke on Trent City Council, Licensing Services, Cromer Road, C/O The Weighbridge Lodge, Cromer Road, Northwood, Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 6QN no later than 07 August 2024 stating the grounds for representation.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
