Applicant – Punch Taverns Limited. Premises – Foresters Arms, 92 High Street, Tarporley, CW6 0AX.
An application has been made for the variation of a premises licence to allow the following licensable activities:-
Sale of alcohol on the premises/ Sale of alcohol off the premises this is to vary the start time to 9am on Saturday and Sunday.
Licensable activities currently permitted on the licence are - Sale of alcohol on the premises/ Sale of alcohol off the premises.
Provision of regulated entertainment – recorded music and live music / Provision of late night refreshment.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA no later than 16 August 2024, 28 consecutive days from the day after the application was given to the Licensing Authority.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
