What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under
Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003


Notice is hereby given that I/We Harrigate Properties Limited have applied to North Yorkshire Council to Vary a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Catch 55, 49-55 Eastborough, Scarborough, YO11 1NH
The proposed variation to the licensable activities are:• Sale of alcohol and 09:00 to 23:30 hours, seven days a week.
Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by North Yorkshire Licensing Services, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, YO11 2HG. no later than 16 August 2024 stating the grounds for the representation.
The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the North Yorkshire Council office at the address given above during normal business hours, or on the council’s website North Yorkshire Council (Scarborough area) - Licensing Services.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
