NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Mr Jose Francisco Gomes has submitted an application to vary the Premises Licence in respect of: Saltwater Café, 1-2 Church Cottages, Beadnell, NE67 5AS

THE PROPOSED VARIATION IS:
Change to hours for supply of alcohol and opening hours as follows: 08:30 to 23:00 Monday to Saturday, 08:30 to 18:00 Sunday. New Years Eve extend hours to 12.00am
Remove conditions to allow supply of alcohol to diners/non diners.
Any objections to this application must be sent in writing stating grounds of objection to The Chief Executive:- Licensing Department, Business Compliance & Public Safety Unit, Public Protection Service, West Hartford Business Park, Cramlington, Northumberland, NE23 3JP
