Notice is hereby given that After Hours Harrogate Ltd has applied to North Yorkshire Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as:After Hours Harrogate LTD, Ground Floor Room 125, Monkswell House, 1 Monkswell Park, Knaresborough, HG5 8NQ. The proposed application is for the sale by retail of alcohol (Home delivery) 12:00 to 06:00 Monday to Sunday. The record of application can be viewed from 12th July 2024 at: Licensing, The register of North Yorkshire Council and the record of the application may be inspected at Licensing, North Yorkshire Council, Civic Centre, St Luke’s Avenue, Harrogate, HG1 2AE. Anyone wishing to make representations in connection with this application can email licensing.har@northyorks.gov.uk or write to North Yorkshire Council Licensing Team at P.O Box 787, HG1 9RW by 9th August 2024. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with an application. Persons will be liable, upon summary conviction, to an unlimited fine.
