NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I/WE The Indian Hive Ltd. of 132-134 Poulton Road, Wallasey, Wirral, CH44 9DL have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: The Indian Hive of 132-134 Poulton Road, Wallasey, Wirral, CH44 9DL for the following Licensable Activities:- Nature of Licensable Activity Sale of alcohol by retail Playing of recorded music Live music Days and Hours Requested Monday - Sunday 0900-2300 Monday - Sunday 0900-2300 Monday -Sunday 1700-2300
A full copy of the above application is kept on the Council website at https://www.wirral.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohol/current-applications-and-representations. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 15th August 2024.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
