I/We Sara and Gwion Evans do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority (Denbighshire County Council) for the grant of our Premises Licence At Llanbenwch, Llanfair, Ruthin, Denbighshire, LL15 2SH known as Y Ddau Ful CYF.
The application is to: - to grant a Premises Licence on our business - Y Ddau Ful Cyf. We intend to sell alcohol in the shop and to consume in the cafe during the opening hours of 9.00am -5.00pm Monday - Sunday. We also intend to plan different arranged activities outside of our opening hours which could be from 5.00pm - 23.30pm where the sale of alcohol will be sold.
The full application can be inspected by contacting Denbighshire County Council Licensing Authority. Representations can be made between 10/7/24 to 7/8/24. Representations received after this date will not be considered. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Senior Licensing Officer, Planning Public Protection and Countryside Services, Denbighshire County Council, Caledfryn, Smithfield Road, Denbigh, LL16 3RJ. Email: licensing@denbighshire.gov.uk. Please note your representation will be included in any public documents associated with the application process.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with the application and the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an offence is unlimited.
