Premises Licence Application

An application has been made by the following to Crawley Borough Council as the Licensing Authority for the area. Name of applicant: Events Management Solutions Limited
To the Licensing Authority for the Borough of Crawley for the GRANT of a premises licence in respect of: Name and address of premises: ‘Ooh La La’s’, Ground Floor, 53 High Street, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 1BQ. The application includes proposals to carry on the following activities: Sell alcohol by retail (see below). Provide regulated entertainment (see below). Further information: ‘Ooh La La’s’ bar offering the supply of alcohol and regulated entertainment. Activities: 1) Sale of alcohol by retail: Sun, Mon, Tues, Weds: 12:00 – 03:00; Thurs, Fri, Sat: 12:00 – 03:30.
2) Provision of regulated entertainment (recorded music): Sun, Mon, Tues, Weds: 12:00 – 03:00; Thurs, Fri, Sat: 12:00 – 03:30. Hours premises will be open to the public: Sun, Mon, Tues, Weds: 12:00 – 03:30, Thurs, Fri, Sat: 12:00 – 04:00. Non-standard Timings - One hour to be added to the stated finishing times on the following occasions: Commencement of British Summertime; Christmas eve; Christmas day; Boxing day; New Years Eve; New Years Day; Good Friday; Easter Sunday; The Thursday, Friday and Saturday immediately preceding any bank holiday or bank holiday Monday; 31st October (Halloween); St Patricks Day; St Georges Day; St Andrews Day; St David’s Day; February 14th (Valentines Day); November 5th) Bonfire Night).
The application can be viewed at the Licensing Section, Crawley Borough Council, Town Hall, The Boulevard, Crawley, RH10 1UZ, during normal office hours. Responsible authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on or before: 14th August 2024 in writing to the Team Leader, Health Safety and Licensing, Crawley Borough Council, Town Hall, The Boulevard, Crawley, RH10 1UZ. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable is unlimited on summary conviction for the offence.
