Notice is hereby given that Qismat Limited have applied to Birmingham Council for a premises licence as follows:

1) Sale of alcohol off the premises and opening hours 0600 to 2300 Monday to Sunday.

Any person wishing to inspect or obtain a copy of the application may request a copy by contacting the Licensing Section at: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or post General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ.

Any person wishing to submit relevant representations to this application must give notice in writing to the above address by 16th August 2024.

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
