Application has been made by Advaita Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Ashford Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the Chilham Castle at Chilham, Canterbury, CT4 8DB.

The application includes the following terms:-
1.To permit regulated entertainment comprising of films, live music, recorded music, performance of dance, activity like music or dance between 10:00 and 20:00, Monday to Sunday.
2. To permit the following licensing hours in respect of both on and off sales for the sale of alcohol to be 10:00 until 20:00,Monday to Sunday.
3. The opening hours of the premises will be 09:00 to 20:30 Monday to Sunday.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 13 August 2024 (www.ashford.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.

The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
