PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING APPLICATION
LICENSING ACT 2003

An application has been made by Rachel and Rowland Needham to the Licensing Authority for Rutland for the issue of a Premises Licence for, Stretton Lakes, Stretton Lodge, Clipsham Road, Stretton, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 7QS

The application includes proposals for the off sales of alcohol, Monday – Sunday 11:00hrs – 16:00hrs.
The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Catmose, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 6HP.

Responsible Authorities or other persons can make representation at any time before 19th August 2024.
All representations must be made in writing (including e-mail or fax) to rcclicensing@peterborough.gov.uk
It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application, The maximum fine on conviction is £5000
