What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Arc Inspirations Limited has applied to Nottingham City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Manahatta, 11 Queen Street, Nottingham, NG1 2BL.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision for regulated entertainment (to include plays, indoor sporting event’s, live music, recorded music and performances of dance) and the sale of alcohol on & off the premises Monday to Wednesday 08:00 to 02:00 the following morning and Thursday to Sunday 08:00 to 03:00 the following morning. The provision for Late Night Refreshment Monday to Wednesday 23:00 to 02:00 the following morning and Thursday to Sunday 23:00 to 03:00 the following morning. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Wednesday 08:00 to 03:00 the following morning and Thursday to Sunday 08:00 to 03:30 the following morning. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the abovementioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Manager, Humber Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH, or by email to General.Licensing@nottinghamcity.gov.uk, no later than 12 August 2024 stating the grounds for objection. The register of Nottingham City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website – www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
