What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

I, Needham Village Hall Management Committee hereby give notice that I have applied for a premises licence in respect of 52 High Road, Needham, Harleston, Norfolk, IP20 9LB

The licence is to allow the sale by retail of alcohol, the provision of regulated entertainment and/or the provision of late night refreshment for:

Opening Hours
Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 to 00:00
Friday to Saturday from 09:00 to 01:00
From opening hours on New Year's Eve to close of hours on New Year's Day

Alcohol Consumption
Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 to 23:30
Friday to Saturday from 09:00 to 00:30

Late Night Refreshment
Sunday to Thursday from 23:00 to 00:00
Friday to Saturday from 23:00 to 01:00

Notification of the application made to the licensing authority is available on a register at www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk/licensing-2/see-current-licence-applications

Representations must relate to one or more of the licensing objectives and can be sent by email to licensing@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk or posted to Broadland District Council or South Norfolk Council at The Horizon Centre, Broadland Business Park, Peacham Way, Norwich, NR7 0WF

Please be advised that any representation, along with your details may be released to the applicant and/or their agents as part of the application process, unless you indicate that there are exceptional circumstances where you believe that your details should not be released.

Representations must be made no later than 16th August 2024

Please note that it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to an unlimited fine.
