NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Michaels UK Propco 2 Limited has applied to Manchester City Council for a premises licence for W Hotel, St Michael’s Building, Jackson’s Row, Manchester, M2 5WD as follows: The application seeks to licence the basement spa, ground floor restaurant, bar and lobby, first floor ballroom and meeting rooms, the residents lounge and hotel bedrooms. The hours sought for the sale of alcohol for hotel residents and their bona fide guests are 24/7. The hours sought for the sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment for the general public are from 7am until 3am daily.

Full details of the application may be inspected by appointment only by contacting Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or premises. licensing@manchester.gov.uk Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 15th August 2024.
