Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Majestic Wine Warehouses Ltd has applied to Reigate & Banstead Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Majestic Wine Warehouse, 136 High Street, Banstead, SM7 2NY. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are : 1. Sale/Supply of alcohol (off the premises onfy) and opening hours 08:00 - 23:00 Monday to Sunday. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Reigate & Banstead Borough Council, Town Hall, Castlefield Road, Reigate, RH2 0SH or by e-mail

licensing@reigate-banstead.gov.uk no later than 5th August 2024 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Reigate & Banstead Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours by appointment Monday - Friday 10.00am to 4.00pm, except bank holidays or on the council's website - www.reigate-banstead.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
