APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Bravo Inns II Ltd has applied in respect of the New Inn 11 Rochdale Road Bacup OL13 9NW for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: This is an application to extend the permitted hours for sale of alcohol as follows; Friday and Saturday from 10.00h until 02.00h the following morning (current permission 11.00h until 00.30h). Sunday from 10.00h until 00.00h (current permission 12.00h until 00.00h). To also extend late night refreshment Friday and Saturday from 23.00h until 02.00h the following morning (currently until 00.30h). To amend the opening hours to maintain thirty minutes drinking up time following the last permitted sale of alcohol, along with opening at 10.00h on Sunday. To remove the non standard timing that hours be extended on the Saturday of Easter, May Spring and August Bank Holiday weekends from 1000 hours to 2400 hours. To amend the non standard timing for Christmas Eve so that hours shall be extended until 0200hrs Sunday to Thursday if Christmas Eve falls on those days (if Christmas Eve falls on Friday and Saturday then standard permitted hours apply). To also amend the plan attached to the premises licence which reflects some minor amendments in that a raised area has been removed, the stairs going to the upstairs flat come straight down rather than down and turn 90 degrees along with a refurbished beer garden with shelter and benches. All other hours, activities and conditions currently permitted by the premises are to remain unchanged by this application. The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the Licensing Unit, Rossendale Borough Council, The Business Centre, Futures Park, Newchurch Road, Bacup, OL13 0BB. The record of the application may be inspected between 9 am and 5pm Monday to Friday or at any time at www.rossendale.gov.uk
Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at the above address at any time up to the end of 7th August 2024.
