APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE, LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that: BSA 2 Limited have applied to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for:

Pepe’s Piri Piri, 105 The Rock, Bury, BL9 0NB.

To allow the Provision of Late-Night Refreshment between the following hours:

Monday - 11.00am to 01:00am

Tuesday - 11.00am to 01:00am

Wednesday - 11.00am to 01:00am

Thursday - 11.00am to 01:00am

Friday - 11.00am to 02:00am

Saturday - 12.00pm to 02:00am

Sunday - 12.00pm to 02:00am

Any persons having observations on this application should submit them in writing no later than: 12/08/2024 to: The Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ or by email to: licensing@bury.gov.uk.
