New Premises Licence Application

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application was made to Bassetlaw District Council for a new premises licence under the above Act on 11 July 2024
Applicant: Mr Riza Darilmaz
Address of Premises: Edi’z Burger Grill & Coffee House, 32 Carolgate, Retford, DN22 6DY
Proposed licensable activities: Supply of alcohol, Monday to Sunday 09:00 – 23:00. Provision of Regulated Entertainment Including recorded music: Monday to Sunday 09:00 – 23:00. Activities to take place on the premises.
The postal address of the licensing authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: Queens Buildings Potter Street Worksop S80 2AH. (Monday to Friday 09.00 – 16.00).
Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the precise nature of such representations to the Principal Solicitor (Licensing & Regulatory) at the above address within 28 days of the publication date of this notice given above. 8th August 2024.
