Notice is hereby given that Greene King Retailing Limited has applied in respect of the White Oak The Pound Cookham Maidenhead SL6 9QE for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for : This is an application to change the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan, drawing number 24:66/14.
The changes include the licensing of the external areas to permit the sale of alcohol. To permit the sale of alcohol: 09.00 hours to 00.00 hours daily (currently 11.00 – 23.30). To permit the premises to open: 08.00 hours to 00.30 hours daily (currently 11.00 – 00.00). From the start of permitted hours New Year’s Eve until the start of permitted hours NewYear’s Day.(currently 11.00 hours NYE to 23.00 NYD); Non standard timings – an additional hour to the standard and non-standard times on the day that British Summertime commences (as per existing licence).
To permit live and recorded music on NewYear’s Eve from 10.00 hours until 01.00 hours the following morning.To permit late night refreshment on New Year’s Eve from 23.00 hours until 01.00 hours the following morning.
