New Premises Licence Application
Notice is hereby given that McDonald's Restaurants Limited has applied to Basingstoke & Deane Council on 16th July 2024 for the grant of a Premises Licence to use the premises at Unit 4 Hatch Warren Retail Park, Wallop Drive, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG22 4TT for the provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays.
The postal address of the licensing authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG2I 4AH.
Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the precise nature of such representations to the Head of Environmental Services at the above address no later than 13th August 2024.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
