APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

GR Group PVT Ltd gives notice that application has
been made to Cherwell District Council for a new
premises licence at: Quick Stop, 86 Warwick Road,
Banbury OX16 2AJ. To permit the following
Licensable Activity: The sale by retail of alcohol
(For consumption off the premises) Mon - Sun
06.00 x 24.00.
Anyone wishing to make a representation about this
application must give notice in writing specifying the
grounds of representation to Licensing Team,
Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Banbury,
OX15 4AA. Licensing@cherwell-dc.gov.uk Where a
full copy of the application may be inspected by
appointment on 01295 753744.
Any representations about the application must be
received by the Licensing Team at the above
address, by no later than the 5th August 2024.
Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make
representations in relation to the application.
Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine
up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in connection with the
application.
