What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Cafe & Coffee Ltd in respect of Premises known as Triple Two, 96 Wickham Road, Beckenham, BR3 6GH applied to Bromley London Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: 1. To extend the sale of alcohol (on and off) to commence at 10:00 every day. 2. To extend the opening hours to commence at 07:00 every day. All other licensable activities, permitted hours and conditions to remain as existing. Please see application for further details.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Team, London Borough of Bromley, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent, BRI 3UH or by email to licensing@bromley.gov.uk no later than 05 August 2024 stating the grounds for representation.The register of London Borough of Bromley and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.bromley.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
