What is proposed?

OFFICIAL NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

I/We KSH Brothers Ltd have applied to NEWHAM COUNCIL for a premises licence for 67 Barking Road, E16 4HB So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours: Alcohol on and off supply & Late Night Refreshment, Monday to Sunday 11am to 5am (delivery only from 2am) Live Music, Friday to Sunday 5pm to 11pm, Recorded Music Monday to Sunday 11am to 1.30am. Newham Council's Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Team, Town Hall, 328 Barking Road, East Ham, E6 2RT (open from 10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday), 020 3373 1925, where details of the application may be inspected.

Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the 07/08/2024. Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils' Licensing Sub-Committee. Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
