What is proposed?

Application for a Premise Licence Under Licensing Act 2003

I Kaiwan Nasre Karimi have applied on 10th July 2024 for a premise licence for the premises known as White Abbey Road, Mini Market, 79 White Abbey Road, Bradford, BD8 8DR.

The licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take Place: The off sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 06.00 until 00.00.

Any objections should be made in writing no later than 7th of August 2024 to: Licensing Team, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HX. The Licensing register and Record of application are available for inspection at the above office by appointment only.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. The offence is subject to a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
