PUBLIC NOTICE FOR A APPLICATION TO GRANT A PREMISES LICENCE (under Sections 17 of the Act)

We O’Rich Restaurant & Takeaway of 10A Parkway Chelmsford CM2 0NF, hereby give notice that we have applied for a Premises Licence in respect of Licensing Act 2003 as follows: -

Licensing Activities: Sale and Supply of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 11:00 until 23:00 Mondays to Sunday.

Opening/Closing time, Monday to Sunday between 11:00-23:00.

No other changes are applied for other than those listed above.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Section, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE or by emailing licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk by no later than 7th of August 2024.

The full application can be arranged for viewing upon request with the licensing department.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a fine.
