We, Little Pizza Limited do hereby give notice that on 8th July 2024 applied to the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Borough Council for a New Premises Licence at 5 – 6 Fairfax Place, Dartmouth, TQ6 9AD.
The application is for:
Supply of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 11:30 - 23:00 Opening Times Monday to Sunday 11:30 to 23:30.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Department, South Hams District Borough Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, TQ9 5NE or by email to licensing@swdevon.gov.uk.
Representations must be received NO LATER than 5th August 2024. A copy of the application can be provided upon request or viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address by appointment. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
