Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence To All Whom It May Concern

Take notice that JD Wetherspoon pic has made an application under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a Premises Licence for The Picture House, 12-14 Station Road, Beaconsfield, HP9 1NL.

The application is to provide the following licensable activities: 1. Sale of Alcohol between 0900 and 0000 Sunday to Thursday and 0900 and 0100 Friday and Saturday. 2. Late Night Refreshment between 2300 and 0000 Sunday to Thursday and 2300 to 0100 Friday and Saturday. 3. Extensions to the above hours are sought for certain non- standard days, details of which are contained in tile notice of application.

This application has been made to Buckinghamshire Council, Details of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Department, Buckinghamshire Council, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, HP19 8FF during normal hours of business or at www.buckinghamshire.gov.uk at any time. A person who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to die Licensing Authority no later than 1st August 2024.
