Notice is hereby given that Lil Nashville Ltd has submitted a premises licence application to The London Borough of Hounslow. The application is for a new licence for the premises known as 11 Barley Mow Passage, Hounslow, London W4 4PH. The application proposes the provision of regulated entertainment & the sale of alcohol.
Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to: Licensing, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW3 3EB no later than 02/08/2024.
The full application, including hours of operation and proposals for conditions to promote the licensing objectives may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Licensing Authority at the above address or on the Council’s website, www.hounslow.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, for which the maximum penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
NB: Representations must be relevant to one or more of the Licensing Objectives (ie Public Safety, Prevention of Crime and Disorder, Public Nuisance and/or Protection of Children from Harm).
Anyone making representations will be invited to attend a public hearing before the Licensing Sub-Committee of the Council, to set out the representation in person. The applicant welcomes the opportunity to discuss the application with anyone who has concerns before they make a representation.
