What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that ALI KARAKAYA has applied for a premises licence in relation to MIRACLES CAFE, 33 HIGH STREET, BRENTWOOD, CM14 1RG to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Supply of Alcohol from 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Saturday, 09:00 - 16:00 Sunday. Full details of the application can be inspected at the address noted below during normal business hours.

A representation by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application can be made to The Licensing Authority Town Hall Main Road Romford RM1 3BD www.havering.gov.uk. Such representation must be received in writing by 23rd July 2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
