6 Chicago Avenue - Application For A Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by H3 Opco Limited to the Licensing Authority of Manchester City Council for a Premises Licence for the Proposed Tribe Hotel Manchester Airport at 6 Chicago Avenue, Manchester. M90 3AH. The application includes the following terms:-
1. To enable the sale of alcohol between 08:00 and 01:00 hours seven days a week to non residents and 24 hours a day seven days a week to residents.
2. To enable the sale of alcohol for extended hours at Bank Holidays and on other limited days as specified in the application.
3. To enable Regulated Entertainment (as specified in the application) to be provided when the Premises are open for the sale of alcohol.
4. To enable the provision of late night refreshment. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Manchester City Council, Premise Licensing, Level 1, Town Hall Extension, Albert Square PO Box 532, Manchester, M60 2LA
A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 6th August 2024 (www.manchester.gov.uk/licensing) or by email to premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
