What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that We Coffee United (Jesmond) Limited have applied to Newcastle City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence on 10th July 2024 in respect of Premises to be known as: Coffee United (Jesmond) Limited, 146 Manor House Road, Jesmond, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE2 2NA.

The proposed licensable activities are: Sale of alcohol 08:00 to 23:00 hours Monday - Sunday.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8QH.

Representations must be received by 7th August 2024. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
