NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises Name and Full postal address of premises: The Upper Place Food Market First Floor, Nags Head Covered Market, 22 Seven Sisters Road, London, N7 6AG

Notice is given that Empire Visions Limited has applied to Islington Council to vary a Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed variation is: To extend the terminal hour for opening hours from 21:30 to 22:30 and Sale by retail of alcohol 21:00 to 22:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. Conditions 1, 18, 39 and 49 are to be reworded and to remove condition 17 (please see application for full details). Note - No other changes, and the main door will continue to close at 8PM. The management will continue to maintain rigorous oversight of the premises to ensure compliance with all conditions of the licence.

Representations must be received no later than: 31/07/2024. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.islington.gov.uk.

Note: it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
