Notice of New Grant of Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Focaccia Factory Limited applied to the City of Westminster on 8 July 2024 for the new grant of a premises licence to use the premises Focaccia Factory, 6 Shepherd Street, London, W1J 7JE for the provision of: (1) retail sale of alcohol: Sun 11.00-22.30, Mon-Sat 11.00-23.30 (2) late night refreshment Mon-Sat 23.00-23.30 (3) on such other terms, hours and conditions as set out in the application papers. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 5 August 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, City Hall, 64 Victoria Street London, SW1E 6QP or email licensing@westminster.gov.uk The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk and following the links. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
