LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE


PREMISES: Newcastle Labour Club, 1-3 Haymarket, Newcastle NE1 7PF. 

Notice is given that Newcastle Labour Club Limited applied to Newcastle City Council on 9th July 2024 for a Club Premises Certificate for the above premises for the following licensable activities: - Films, indoor sporting events, live and recorded music, performance of dance and anything similar: supply of alcohol from 10:00 to 00:00 hrs daily. Late night refreshment from 23:00 to 00:30 hrs daily. Seasonal variations apply as set out in the application. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH Representations must be received by 6th August 2024. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal. newcastle.gov.uk It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
