Notice is hereby given that Beytullah Er has applied to Stoke-on-Trent City Council for a premises licence in relation to Nigde Kebab House, 59 Market Street, Stoke-on-Trent, ST3 1BW to permit Late Night Refreshments Sunday to Thursday 23:00hrs - 01:00hrs Friday to Saturday 23:00hrs - 03:00.

Representations by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application may be made in writing to Licensing Services Stoke-on-Trent City Council c/o The Weighbridge Lodge Cromer Road Northwood Stoke-on-Trent ST1 6QN / hcp.licensing@stoke.gov.uk or at www.stoke.gov.uk. Such written representation must be received by 02/08/2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
