Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence Under Section 17 Of The Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Beytullah Er has applied to Stoke-on-Trent City Council for a premises licence in relation to Nigde Kebab House, 59 Market Street, Stoke-on-Trent, ST3 1BW to permit Late Night Refreshments Sunday to Thursday 23:00hrs - 01:00hrs Friday to Saturday 23:00hrs -  03:00.

Full details of the application can be inspected at the address noted below during normal business hours. Representations by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application may be made in writing to Licensing Services Stoke-on-Trent City Council c/o The Weighbridge Lodge Cromer Road Northwood Stoke-on-Trent ST1 6QN / hcp.licensing@stoke.gov.uk or at www.stoke.gov.uk. Such written representation must be received by 02/08/2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
