What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Merton for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Unit 4 Ground Floor, Wimbledon Bridge House, 1 Hartfield Road, Wimbledon, SW19 3RU. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 07:00 and 23:00. Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at Licensing Section, London Borough of Merton, 2nd Floor, Civic Centre,London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email to licensing@merton.gov.uk at any time up to and including 2 August 2024. Persons wishing to inspect the licensing register may do so, by appointment, at the above address between the hours of 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 - 16:30 Friday.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5. Dated 5 July 2024
