What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

PREMISES Pumpkin, Ramsgate Railway Station, Station Approach, Ramsgate, CT11 7RE.

Notice is given that Select Service Partner Ltd has applied to Thanet District Council to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed variations are:-

1 To alter the layout of the premises, details of which are shown on the plans submitted with the application;

2 Vary the hours for the sale of alcohol from 07.00 until 23.00 daily;

3 Change of name to Café Local; and

4 To remove the embedded restrictions including the restrictions on the sale of alcohol on Good Friday and Christmas Day.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to The Licensing Department, Thanet District Council, PO Box 9, Margate Kent CT9 1XZ.

Representations must be received by 5 August 2024. The register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by appointment or at www.thanet.gov.uk.

It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
