Notice of Application for Premises Licence

I Qasim Zyberi hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Leigh Grill & Cafe 1163 London Rd, Leigh-on-Sea, Southend-on-Sea, Leigh-on-Sea SS9 3JE.

The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried out are:

Sale & Consumption of Alcohol, Daily 8am-11pm, Playing recorded & Live Music Daily 8am-11pm.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea City Council). All such representations shall be made in writing by 30th July 2024. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea City Council, Civic Centre (Floor 5), Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
