VARIATION of PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for
a variation of a Premises Licence under the abovementioned legislation has been made by MB
Poulton Ltd to Bassetlaw District Council in respect
of premises known as 3D, 1 Victoria Square,
Worksop. S80 1DX. The brief details of the
application is to extend the hours of licensable
activities by 1 hours, amend & add conditions.
A record of the application may be inspected at the
offices of The Licensing Team, Bassetlaw District
Council, Queen’s Buildings, Potter Street, Worksop.
S80 2AH during normal office hours. Any
representations by interested parties or responsible
authorities regarding the application must be made
in writing to the Licensing Team, Bassetlaw District
Council at the above address by midnight 01/08/24.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a
fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale,
to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with the application.
