LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Gold Box CW Ltd has applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets on 02 July 2024 to vary the premises licence at Building 1, Middle Dock, Canary Wharf, London, E14 4JB so as to vary the floor plans appended to the licence to reflect changes to layout, and amend and/or remove conditions as outlined and more particularly set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BJ or by email to: licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk to be received by no later than 30 July 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website www.towerhamlets.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
