LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE

TAKE NOTICE That I Marlene Smedley have applied to North Yorkshire Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises license in respect of premises known as West Marton Village Store, 22 Gledstone Road, West Marton, Nr Skipton BD23 3UE FOR Retail Sale of Alcohol (on and off premises) Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 10pm and Sunday 10am to 8pm.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Officer, North Yorkshire Council, Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ by 24 July 2024. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.
