Take notice that Nazakat Ali & Mahboob Hussain have applied to Hyndburn Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Deens Takeaway, 27 Blackburn Road, Great Harwood BB6 7DF
Details of the application are as follows:-The provision of Late night Refreshment Sunday - Thursday 2300 - 0100, Friday & Saturday 2300 - 0300
The application may be inspected at Hyndburn Borough Council, Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod Street, Accrington Lancashire. BB5 OPF. between 9 am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
Representation in writing should be made to the Licensing Manager, at the above address by 18th July 2024
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the Standard Scale, currently £5,000.
