What is proposed?

Notice of application to Vary a Premises Licence under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Wood Brothers Distillery Wood Brothers Distillery Elmwood Farm, Black Bourton, Bampton, OX18 2PL.

An application has been made to extend our current off license to 23.59hrs Monday-Sunday. The requested variation on our current premises license would also allow the Wood Brothers bar to provide refreshment by the retail of alcohol 7 days a week. Both on-license and off-license hours have been requested from 08:00-23.59hrs Monday-Sunday though the bar will not be open every day and our on-license will only be exercised on rare occasions and events.

Responsible authorities and interested parties (other persons) wishing to make a representation about the application should do so in writing, stating the licensing objectives upon which the representation is based. Any representation must be received within 28 days of the date of the application (by 25/07/2024) at: The Licensing Authority, Oxford City Council, St Aldates Chambers, 109 St Aldates, OXFORD OX1 1DS or emailing licensing@oxford.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
