APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Mr N Sithamparapillai has applied for a new
premises licence at Home Picked, 63 High Street,
Chesham HP5 1BX to allow alcohol sales (for
consumption off the premises) 0700-2300 hrs daily.
Full details of this application may be viewed during
normal office hours at the Council Offices of
Buckinghamshire Council, The Gateway, Gatehouse
Road, Aylesbury, Bucks HP19 8FF or at the
Buckinghamshire Council website. If you wish to
make a representation you must e-mail licensing@
buckinghamshire.gov.uk or write to the Licensing
Section of Buckinghamshire Council at the address
above by 26/7/2024 clearly stating the grounds for
the representations.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly
to make a false statement in connection with a
licence application. The fine for which a person is
liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
