Notice is given that Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited
applied to Leeds City Council on 3 July 2024 for the new
grant of a premises licence to use the premises known as
Wingstop, Units 102 and 103 White Rose Shopping Centre,
Dewsbury Road Morley Leeds LS11 8LL for the provision
of: (1) retail sale of alcohol: Mon-Sun 11:00 to midnight
(2) late night refreshment: Mon-Sun 23:00 to 00.30 (3) on
such other terms and conditions as set out in the application
papers. Any person wishing to make representations to this
application may do so by writing to Leeds City Council,
Entertainment Licensing Civic Hall, Leeds LS1 1UR or by
email to entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk not later
than 31 July 2024. Representations received after this date
cannot be considered. A copy of the application is available
on the Council’s website www.leeds.gov.uk and following
the links
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
