What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Grayson Place (NBBC) Ltd in respect of premises known as Hampton by Hilton located at 29 Abbey Street, Nuneaton, CV11 5BU to Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council for a premises licence.
The proposed application is:
1. To permit the supply of alcohol, provision of films and recorded music 24 hours Mondays to Sundays.
2. The provision of late-night refreshment from 23:00PM to Midnight Mondays to Sundays.
Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council, Town Hall, Coton Road, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV11 5AA where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal opening hours or online by visiting their website.
Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to The Licensing Authority at the above address or to licensing@nuneatonandbedworth.gov.uk no later than 30 July 2024, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is currently £5,000.
